You should first make sure that the Inspection Body is registered with ADIPS.

To make a complaint we need to know about you and the inspection company. Please give us the following details:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number and email address, the inspection company’s details and the name(s) of any inspectors involved.
  2. We also need information about the inspection work involved, including where the work was carried out, any device or devices that were subjected to an inspection and the range of inspection work carried out.
  3. Have you told the inspection company or inspector about the complaint?

Please let us have any other details that could be useful to support your complaint.

We will review your comments or complaint and carry out an investigation. We will tell you about the outcome of any investigations.
